As a Brand Representative, you’ll be the face of our clients' brands, engaging directly with customers to create positive, impactful experiences. Your role will involve promoting brand awareness, building customer loyalty, and driving sales through one-on-one interactions. We’re looking for a friendly, goal-oriented individual who can communicate effectively, represent our clients with integrity, and consistently bring energy and enthusiasm to each customer interaction.

Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer experience and representing client brands professionally.
- Engage with customers directly to provide product information, answer questions, and promote brand offerings.
- Assist in driving sales by building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products or services.
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement strategies for achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Stay informed about brand updates, industry trends, and competitor products to enhance customer interactions.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and travel as needed to support brand initiatives across different locations.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a natural ability to connect with people.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Goal-driven with a passion for delivering results and achieving targets.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and travel occasionally for special events or training.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required; we provide full training to help you succeed.

- Oversee performance management, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning, to support team members' growth.
- Organize training and development programs to promote leadership skills, teamwork, and career advancement.
